Elon Musk wants to prove the Cybertruck's towing capability in a 'second' tug of war against the Ford F-150

This involves Tesla and Elon Musk so it obviously reeks of hype. As if the styling of the Cybertruck did not get enough people talking now Elon Musk wants to have the Cybertruck put on a public tug of war exhibition against the Ford F-150.

No doubt the media attention would be huge but the Cybertruck is not actually on the streets and Elon Musk is not stating the specifications of the Cybertruck that would be used in this contest. Ford might as well drop their strongest Power Stroke diesel in an F-150 chassis for this.

The whole issue started when Elon Musk tweeted this video:

Ford declined the challenge and laughed off the video.

Elon is doing a rematch tug of war regardless because he's Elon.

I do think an electric truck could win the tug of war in a fair test but this was absolutely laughably unfair for the gas truck.

Itís clickbait only and nothing more.
