    Tuned Mclaren MP4-12C vs. AWD DCT E30 325ix M50 turbo

    Yes, you read that right. This is an all wheel drive E30 3-Series with a custom DCT transmission swap. It is paired to a turbo built M50 and it belongs to BimmerBoost member @Nisse Järnet.

    This is the same MP4-12C that in turn embarrassed an ESS-Tuning supercharged Huracan.

    Stand alone DCT controller? hell yah! this would make the use of DCT on the S65 simply an adapter plate issue...and might make the DCT swaps into the 335i world a lot more common....

    or maybe..... someone crazy would swap in a standalone controller DCT into the AWD F90 M5....

    What about the other stuff? Me and my buddies have a project here. Built M50B28 with GTX3576r in a non-X E30. Would like to know about the transfer case and other stuff.

    its a permanent mechanical torque split 37 front 63 rear split so there isn't any computer crap in the way...a lot easier for custom builders to work with

    We built it for $#@! and giggles not having drag strip usage in mind. But with this setup it might put down some good numbers and having clutch is a great attribute for fun factor.

    My transfer case is 37/63 but with electronic lock, controlled by my Autronic SM4 ECU to lock up at wanted situations automatically.
