New Pure Turbos cast N54 upgrade option

I also find it entertaining vendors think they are the only ones working on big projects. We have so many big things happening behind the scenes. We've had N54 aftermarket cast turbos for months now. We are just not the ones who want to be caught kicking and screaming: "look at me! look at me!"

So you have "had them for months" yet you describe them as "new" in the thread title? Which is the more accurate description?

Nice to have a choice in any case.

Easy there. I wrote the thread title as it is 'new' to us.

No doubt Pure has been working on this for a while.

Good to see. I'd assume some dyno numbers with them being produced for months. If not any user testimonials, if not, how about their fitment on the shop car, if not, how about some specs, are they upgraded or match oem specs?

These are all things @Pure Turbos can discuss.

I think they just posted up a little teaser and will discuss more and more toward the release date.

Let's not start demanding things. Plus, Pure has never been shy about sharing.

    Hey guys,

We didn't know Sticky was going to make this thread and put these in the spotlight. We were not planning on talking about them until they are fully tested (dyno and longevity testing). We have a set on my 135i, all good so far. I've been DD them to rack up the miles asap to begin longevity testing. Once we feel these are ready for market, ballpark pricing should be something like: JB = $3k-$3.5k no core, BB = $4k-$4.5k no core. Yes that's right, we have a legit N54 twin cast BB up our sleeve.

With all the big stuff happening at PURE,
-S63tu stg2 done in the next few weeks
-Fixing Terry's cursed e92 lol Click here to enlarge
    -N55 Stg3 in progress
-S55 BB Stg2 Click here to enlarge

Our focus is divided. More info and data is coming, as always. Thanks for the interest guys.

    Awesome Work guys!!

I'm glad to see you taking your time and actually testing products and not do a bunch of glory runs. Its nice to know that they'll hit a certain number but also last a while. I think my next boosted car is going to be a S63TU, I love everything about the m6 and engine.

BTW When i say boosted i mean stolen.

It's hard not to like the S63TU except for the fueling issues. It's kind of just getting going. I don't think anyone is even doing anything outside of modified housings yet.

Like any thing else they'll figure it out. Better tuning will come with time too. I know someone that was getting a custom manifold made but ended up getting screwed out of a lot of money. It was crazy looking.
There's no denying that pigs do fly. Because that motor (and dct) handles the weight of that car very well. I've had the pleasure of driving both a 10sec m6 and a bolt on m5 for a weekend. It was instant love. M5 is nice but not my style car, would rather a m6
