    • Twisted Tuning's N54 Direct port Meth Injection Conversion Kit

Twisted Tuning's N54 Direct port Meth Injection Conversion Kit is an affordable and most durable option on the market for your N54 (N55 coming soon) for those enthusiasts that already have a meth injection system (whether in the chargepipe or Throttle body) and want to convert their system over to the PROVEN best method of secondary fluid injection.

      Link To Purchase: http://www.twisted-visionz.com/_p/pr...ion-conversion

Made from CNC 6061 T6 Aluminum stock machined to spec with tight tolerances.

      Kit Includes:
      -Direct Port Plate
-Lengthened mounting Studs and associated hardware
      -Gaskets
-Tapped for 1/8th NPT Meth nozzles
-6 Hypersonic Meth Nozzles w/holders and checkvalves
-Fluid Distribution Block (main meth feed line connects to this to disperse fluid flow to 6 ports)
-10 feet of 1/4" nylon hose
      -Anti-Siphon Solenoid Upgrade
      -Nine 1/4" push-lock fittings

***For other than 1/8th NPT port tapping please inquire ahead of time by emailing us at: twistedtuned@gmail.com so that we can discuss and try to accommodate your needs***

Direct Port injection is the best way for secondary injection of any fuel. Whether you are using the injection for cooling or for supplemental fueling to the Factory DI system. Direct port injection alleviates the worry for fluid distribution issues well known to the N54.

**Nozzle mounting is located on the bottom side of the plate when mounted**
**Plate is 25mm in thickness with thick runner bridges which prevents any warping from heat cycling and to promote a constant sealing surface to reduce chances of leaks**

The direct port nitrous kit is very similar right?

Would I need the -Anti-Siphon Solenoid Upgrade with my aquamist setup/FAV?

Also, the nozzels are made for meth & water right? I only ask as other kits there has been questions if the injection method was ok with water/meth.

That price is right. Almost makes you never want to run CP meth(other than cooling the sensor) and just do it right the 1st time.

I'm injecting around 650ML now on stock turbos through the CP. I'm thinking I would go with 100ML nozzels and keep my 300ML in my charge pipe. Would you agree that makes the most sense? I can also go down to a lower nozzle in the CP. I can lower down to 250, 200, or 150ish.

Where do most people mount the distro block? Top on IM or is there an easy place?

$#@! i didn't even notice that. I just assumed compression fitting. Any option for compression vs. push lock twisted?

just curious to see comparison study between conventional (injectors on charge pipe) vs. direct port injection

Plate is the same, just tapped for nitrous jets instead of meth nozzles. and the Nitrous plate also includes an upgraded SS fuel line that connects the HPFP to the Fuel Rail.

if you already have the FAV unit, the Solenoid pictured here really would not be necessary for your setup unless you wanted an extra stop point for the meth flow. Nozzles are specifically for water/meth injection and can do 100% meth if one wanted.

If you really wanted to keep the Chargepipe injection, i'd lower it down to 200ml on the chargepipe if you are going to do 100ml on each cylinder.

top of the manifold would be about the easiest spot for the distro block.

push lock used to keep pricing down and ease of install. plus throughout the years i've never had a push-lock fitting actually fail before the actual line itself. I can look into compression fitting substitution if most demand that.

That surprises me. I've had a ton of leaks using pushlocks and 100% meth.

I don't mean to speak for others but as my am setup is all compression I'd like to keep it that way. If it's more expensive it's an upsell for you at the end of the day. Just something to consider. Thanks for bringing it to the market.

there are a couple. and another about to install soon. F-series, although it should work just fine. i have not tested fitment yet. I never say something is supported until test fitment myself.

no worries at all. You using Aquamist nozzles? Funny this is all brought up and im actually finishing up a plate now with Compression style fittings. i can accommodate pretty much any fitting/nozzle used.

This one customer is using Aquamist nozzles which are an off size metric with compression ends.

compression fittings > push style fittings.

It is just safer and worth the added cost.
