The F90 M5 is indeed a beast and able to make incredible power and torque on the factory internals. You can make so much torque that bent S63 rods are a pretty common thing from certain tuners who shall not be named.

The files here are PTF OTS (off the shelf) files as tested by Maximum PSI. You have the baseline, then 93 OTS with catless downpipes, and E30 ethanol OTS file with the same catless downpipes:

The E30 blend results are incredible with over 100 lb-ft of all wheel torque over the 93 octane file. That is not even full E85 but a rather mellow ethanol blend.

Now, you can custom tune OTS files further and to maximize your setup you absolutely should. Many people just start with a custom tune to begin with but OTS files serve a purpose for those who may not have a dyno close or who just want to set it and forget it without dealing with any additional cost for dyno time.

Going beyond this 754 lb-ft at the wheels is certainly asking for reliability concerns but a skilled tuner can ramp in boost in a way that will preserve the factory rods.

Very nice results, anyone know if F90 the piston rods are same as F10 rods?

No. Oiling system is different and the design is different.

That's all I was told. I asked if the pistons/rods are stronger but was just told they are different.
