    • Litchfield Motors gets 555 hp on pump gas from F82 M4 using EcuTek - Switchable S55 ecu maps, torque per gear, etc.

This is not about the peak horsepower (which is very nice) but about just how much control EcuTek is giving modern BMW owners. Their S55 software tuning suite is relatively new but look at wat a competent ProTuner can do with it.

Litchfield Motors took this F82 M4 to 555 bhp as measured on their MAHA dyno tune only and on pump gas:

A great looking curve there and the full dyno readout would be nice to see but again this is not just about the dyno figures.

Look at what EcuTek's software can do:

      Switchable maps
Instantly change the Stage 2 map between Unleaded fuel (~510bhp) and Super unleaded (~550bhp with DPs) using the steering wheel controls

      Adjustable Torque
Ideal for slippery conditions, instantly adjust the max torque produced using the steering wheel controls

      Recalibrated Driver Display
Recalibrate the Driver Display to show the engines new power and torque figures

      Vmax limit removed
The top speed limiter is removed so drivers can choose to driver over 155mph on de-restricted Motorways or on track events

      Optional cold start removal
Stop the loud unpleasant noise when the car first fires up

      Custom exhaust flap opening
Exhaust flap control is adjust to improve sound and reduce drone on cruising

Adjustable burbles/pops & bands with Bluetooth interface and smart phone app

Adjustable torque per gear with Bluetooth interface and smart phone app

There are some BMW enthusiasts drooling and wishing they had this kind of factory ECU control for their own non-S55 powered M cars.
