    • New TTE400 BMW N20 2.0 hybrid turbocharger upgrade option

      The N20 is the forgotten turbo motor at least in North America where the answer for entry level BMW tuning seems to be to just get the six-cylinder motor. In Europe however where displacement taxes reign the N20 is a much more popular platform.


      Enter TTE (The Turbo Engineers) who have a new TTE400 hybrid for the N20 platform. The 400 in the name obviously implies 400 horsepower which would make this the strongest hybrid turbo BimmerBoost knows of to date for the N20.

      No dyno figures yet but something in the 3XX range should easily be achievable.

        If only that N20 didn't have so much troubles, I would not recommend +300hp...

        True but at least this is a nice hybrid option.

        I think most people would prefer the B48 if they have to tune a BMW 2.0 liter.
