    No offense brother but you chose the very wrong car, X5 50i is the car to go or even a X5 4.8i with ESS supercharger kit.
    Well, if SUV it's the thing... pick up a 2012 Mercedes-Benz M-Class ML550 4MATIC w/M278 4.7L V8 biturbo aprox USD57,590.. get a tune to make a tad more torque than a non-performance 2012 biturbo ML63 =) It will get more power than a X5 50i biturbo with tune. Then you can add to the M278 turbo upgrade, downpipe, intercooler upgrade, intake, etc.

    Yeah, 57590, base model... with the bells and whistles that I would want: $72,000... Not counting all the mods you recommend, I'd easily be in the $80-90k range... Once again, WAY out of my budget... (considering I only owe $35k on my X5 now after a year and half of ownership).

    I recently saw that Hartge has a tune for the 35i... Now to find out how much it costs...

    Personally, in the X5, I would go for the 35d.
