    N54 @ the track

Okay so it's one with curves, but lots of fun none the less.

Group made up mainly of E90 members in Sydney.

First video is taken from inside my car, second video is from a mate recording a few laps from the staging area. Both 335's are tuned in that one.

From that second vid the course looks really, really small and tight.

Good to see BMW owners are familiar with the road courses

It's a very tight track that rewards good lines vs outright horsepower so lots of fun.

As a Go-kart track this would be an extremely high speed circuit, probably too dangerous to have races.
Quite boring as well. Only high speed corners and straights.
Air cooled 2-stroke engines would not be able to use this circuit. They would seize on those long straights with continuous 21000rpm.
In a car it's quite challenging and narrow. Looks like fun!

I'm sure there are some shifter carts that would have no problem there.

Nope, 125cc shifters and Rotax / promo carts would be fine. They are watercooled. Just gear your sprockets for a high speed circuit and the kart would cope. This would give a topspeed of 170+ km/h, which on this circuit would be easily made. And thus too dangerous for actually competition racing. The runoff areas do not look big enough, and there are trees... If you go off at those speeds on wet grass you will end up killing yourself.
I once went off on slicks on the old F1 circuit of Zolder, early in the morning with dew all over the circuit doing 120 after the Villeneuve chicane. I went about 150m through the grass before regaining controll and steering out of the grass. And there were huge runoffs there. It's fun if you see there's nothing to hit. The story changes dramatically if there are trees nearby.
That said, it is fun to max out the kart every once in a while. Click here to enlarge

David , all you said was correct. it deepends on what type of race you are talking , i'm not talking about rotax max championship or anything like that. i'm talking about having a nice weekend in a track with your friends .
actually some years ago when the rotax max was held in UAE i remember the track was just like this (i think it was designed by hermann tilke) ,tiny so you barely could overtake someone , if you got pole position your chance to win would be very high.

For Go-kart circuits this circuit is huge. Straights are way too long, speeds will be high.
For a car it is tiny.
A tiny Go-kart track is this It is the track nearest to my home.
Normal lenght Go-kart circuit is this
