I like it. I would have gone with 21s though, these look a bit 'hot wheels' ish

I don't think 22's would upset it that much and lowering it should make an appreciable difference.

I have an X5-2010, xDrive48 without an adaptive drive option & I want to improve handling by lowering it on AC Schnitzler springs but I need feedback based on experience before doing that.

My objective: better handling on curves & roundabouts with less body roll PLUS car for highway driving with family from time to time

Lowering the car is definitely going to help.

I lowered my X5 E70 4.8 iDrive by 1.5" using H&R Springs. It may handle a bit better but the ride is extremely 'bouncy'.. I can hit a bump on the freeway at 70mph and get air out of my seat. I had 21" Style 215's on it and replaced them with 2 piece forged 20"s.. 20x10 / 20x11 .. and the lighter wheels made a huge improvement, the springs just made it right like a honda with cut springs.. Click here to enlarge I hear KW makes coilovers for the E70? If thats true I might swap the suspension out.

If it is bouncy you definitely need coilovers that are corner balanced.

I'm not sure if there are E70 coil-overs, I'll look into it.

A new thread for coilover options might be a good idea.
