M3 Rear Control Arm Upgrade Question
I have the front m3 control arm, was wondering if the rears were worth it? Or should I look into rear subframe bushings instead?

Worth it would really depend on your goals. To run the full M3 rear, you also need to run M3 rear struts. Companies like KW will give you a kit consisting of e9x non-M fronts and e9x M rears too. Personally, if you've already invested in good coilovers, and aren't tracking your car constantly and looking to shave off 10ths of a second, I wouldn't bother. If you're about to pull the trigger on suspension bits and have the cash, I'd say why not.
Just for reference, though, my car is on rails and I've never had a better handling car. Including my e46 M3. Here's my setup if you're interested.
M3 everything, front and rear, minus the rear control arms
every bushing made by powerflex
cobb sway bars
bimmerworld adjustable endlinks
akg lower RSMs
e46 M3 trans mounts
335is motor mounts
245f and 275r Falken rt615k
-2.5* front camber and -1.5 rear.
