The least amount of gas you've driven on?

I just made it to the store and back with 15 miles left

That's a first with me with this car

My schedule is usually tight, so I'm guilty of running on - - - - more often and for longer than I'd like to admit.

there was one time on the highway where i was looking for gas stations with my 'external' GPS (dont have idrive), most of them were pointing back the way i came or straight east/west for 15+miles. i had about 30 miles left after spirited runs back (this is actually before my upgraded turbos), i slowed it down to about 60 for better mileage once i found a gas station on the GPS with an arrow forward, as i slowly made my way the arrow kept notching right, oh boy. eventually i got the the exit with 20 miles, and the gas station was another 8 miles east. i crawled my way there and with 5 miles left i filled up, that was scary man, but it calms me in the future to see that people have run on --- and still made it, especially dbfiu's comment about an extra 30 miles.

I consistently run low on fuel and my car has only had one pump replaced, there are people that drive around with full tanks and are on their 4th pump.

I don't hold much trust in the accuracy of mileage to empty below 20mi anymore. I frequently run the tank low before track days, have had it run down past -- and be fine, while another time it nearly stalled out throwing injector misfire and low fuel codes w/ 10mi to empty".

First day driving the car back from Texas, I drove for a good 20 miles past 0. I live on the edge though, and often drink milk a day after the expiration.
