+1, I didn't think I'd like M6 wheels on a E46, but they look solid, gotta say the HPF hardware is outstanding. Very nice Funk! Keep adding to this!

Nice Vert! Stage 2.5 + vert is awesome, especially cruising around with the top down.

Very very nice! I dig your gauge cluster. How do you like those K-Sport brakes? Dave is trying to sell me on a set of those, but don't really know anything about them.

And Funkboy, I agree with Drew, I kinda hated on m6 wheels on an e46 and it took the 2nd time around to give it a look and say " they look really good on there " ! Nice fast vert !

I really like them, i can not comment on how they compare to other BBK's on the market because i never used another one, but i can say they are night and day better than the "csl" setup i was running. They are much more affordable than most if not all other BBK's for the E46 M3. and they seem to be high quality.
listen to the D-man and pick up a set if your in the market for a BBK, i was glad he suggested them to me when i asked him to upgrade my brakes. He had a gauranteed sale from me and could have suggested any of the higher priced BBK's, but he suggested these to me instead of making more money.Click here to enlarge

i suppose i one day i could go make one pass before they tossed me off the track....lol, but from what i understand my local track is NHRA and requires a welded in rollbar for anything less than 13.xx. While i would love to be able to drag the car, i will not cut up the interior to put in a bar or cage. i have the bmw pop up protection but that doesnt satisfy their requirements.

Try to hit up a private track day. For the most part you are safe to run sans roll bar/cage.

And thanks for the info on the K-sports. I have the "Csl" brakes on the car now and they just can't hold up to repeated high speed runs and slow downs.

i have not had my Ksports Fade at all like the "csl" setup did. i agree they were horrible after about 3 pulls and slow downs.

cool to know about the private days. i have yet to figure out why they require a rollbar at 13.xx for a vert but i can get out there on my R1 all day with a helmet and leathers. you cant tell me for one second Im safer on that bike with basically a honda motor between my legs than i am in my vert....lol
I understand the need to be safe and careful and rules are rules, but i think a few of them are a little overprotective.
