    Sounds like speed density then. I suppose if the air/fuel is closed loop like the N54 they can get away with a real boost or load reference but it's not ideal.

    I got a PS3 and Black Ops on xmas.

    I was supposed to get a TV too but my mom bailed on that one...

    got a customer who knows someone at PC Richards, gonna shoot for a Samsung LED TV and get it for dirt cheap.

    Terry: i'm way, way interested in this. The MPG needle is useless and just ripe for boost monitoring.

    So, i guess the non-led display of the e36 would make it impossible to change the markings, but could the MPG needle alone be hijacked if i was willing to go by position only?

    I don't think the JB4 gauges will apply but you may have other options. Best bet would be if you are interested to make a thread in the M50 section asking what gauges would be best for your motor.
