I had a '95 Civic Coupe AT sleeper and totally GReddy'd it. Turbo, FMIC, CATback exhaust, you name it, the list of mods was long. Under WOT with wet roads it was an 1100kg iceskate, it would torquesteer the $#@! out of me. Just keeping it pointing in the right direction was a challenge if the road wasn't flat. That being said, it was a great car and I had tons of fun with it. It chewed up a set of Potenza S02 every 5K.

Yea the DBW K20Z3 did have that stupid throttle response issue.. I have no idea why honda let that slip through the cracks, it was annoying; it goes WOT 1 second after you mash the gas.

LOL turbo lag without the turbo....

I've driven a b16 Type-R Integra with a Garrett GT3076r. It pulled decent, but I was NOT fond of the power delivery, or the way it swayed back and forth in third.....

It just had this overall sloppy, vague feeling while driving. Trying to launch it effectively was retarded.

The guy sold it to get a B5 S4 just two weeks after he picked it up.....

I have a friend shooting for this already. I believe he has hit low 12's already with maybe 220-230whp, and a crap load of weight removed from the car.

The Type R Integra was supposed to be tight? Always was a fan of that car buy swaying back and forth in third?

Supercharged NSX if you're going to go the Vtec route.

    Twin turbo?

NSX or S2000 are the only serious cars I would own from Honda.

Made sense when I wrote it, I meant the Type R was supposed to feel tight. That is why I'm surprised about the comments regarding the swaying.

It only counts if you say it after the night out.

I mean, it had 120,000 miles on it. The swaying was from the LSD and torque steer. It made 360whp or so I believe, and it doesn't weight that much. Considering it was a Type-R, I though it would be tighter too. It felt foaty on turn-in too, and the brakes weren't great.

Anyway, I lost any respect I had for those FWD economy cars (not that I had much). I'd have more fun in a Mustang GT, Camaro SS, Trans-am WS6, S2000, any Corvette, 300zx, 240sx, rx7, rx8, Miata/mx-5, Mazdaspeed6, Supra, Celica (old ones), MR2, old Eclipse/Talon, Evo, Wrx, Sti, Legacy etc.

There are too many good sports cars to buy for cheap, I don't know why you would build an Integra or Civic.
