Tapatio is good. Sriracha is good. Dave's Insanity is good. After Death is good. Chipotle Tabasco is good. There is some Golden Lizard one that was good too. I've tried others but they didn't stand out enough for me to remember.

I don't use hot sauce much. I do like Taco Bell's various hot sauces though.

^ Nice I'm guessing the Mexican food you guys have is pretty good. What do the Cubans have?

I live in a gringo part of Florida, 5 houses down from two different golf courses. Even the people who cut the grass are all white.
that was a late night munchie snack from the freezer. I cook good stuff though.
the Cuban stuff is in Miami and tampa. I like spanish food but I have to drive 45 mins to get downtown.
I think I'm going tomorrow since it's near the airport. $1 cervesas.
I always order the same thing. Roast pork with, yellow rice, black beans and sweet plantains and a double order a chicharones.
And I always bring a little condiment cup of Tapatio because their picante has vinegar. I'm very picky about that.

I'm very hungry now, that sounds great. I don't think I have had any cuban food.

Me either besides the sandwich. That's Puerto Rican. The roast pork is really juicy and soft.
Last night I baked lemon and herb chicken with potato. I marinate chicken thighs for 2-3 days in lemon juice, adobo, paprika, italian seasoning and a little bit of black pepper. Then I cut a few potatoes and a couple onions into 1/8s, put it in a roasting pan with olive oil and a couple smashed garlic cloves, then put the chicken on top and sprinkle some parmesan/romano on it and bake it at 375 for about an hour. then it gets some more lemon juice when it's done. It's so easy and delicious. try it, you can't $#@! it up. toast some fresh bread in there too.

I could do that I think. I really want the pork with yellow rice though.

You want Mexican food? Come to Corpus Christ. We would be Mexico if Texas was still chopped like it used to be.
