    CES Motorsport's Stage 3 E36, water-meth, 100 octane - 11.5@128

Very nice time, this was done on 100 octane at 19psi with water-meth.

    Car dyno's 530 whp.

What I find particularly interesting is that this car puts up numbers close to what SC E92 M3's using water-meth with less torque do even though the E36 M3 weighs less and has more torque Click here to enlarge

The impressive part is that this car can run higher boost as well.

Oh, and their Stage 4 car was trapping 128+ at 12 psi, 4094r turbo, VERY nice.

i think the interesting part is that that it is doing it with less hp, and steep tq drop off.

HP is close to the same actually. The torque does drop off.

i thought w/m sc s65's were cracking the 600hp mark?
530 is whats mention, but i dunno what boost was used

maybe a flatter tq curve isn needed then?

It depends which SC's, the DCT M3's that have done 130+ were not hitting 600 whp at the time. Drew was actually around the 530 mark so the hp between the two is similar.

Now with the new intake design and yes, closer to 600 the traps should be even higher...

FWIW, this same car has run 133mph. Also, it pulled on a 10.6 second 997 p-car on the way to this track. It has mid 10s in it as is. Also, im pretty sure these runs were on less boost than the 19psi newest dyno because of traction reasons. John and I talked on the phone about it this morning.

We were discussing the potentials of my car on 29 psi with the 35r. with his car now producing 550whp on 18-19 psi, upper 600-700whp should be possible on e85.

sure is. sucks that only now we have great innovations on the platform. if this happened 5 years ago imagine where it would be now.

Just how it is when modifying NA BMW motors for boost though.
