    question of clutch compatability

Lets start off with, I love my JB4Click here to enlarge I get so much more out of driving now and I cant see myself ever going back to stock. But, my clutch doesnt seem to like it so much and I have been demoted to Map 4. I'm looking to get a SPEC stage 2 and found one for an amazing deal on craigslist; however its for a 330i. Will this work? I would think that it might not be as rigid as the 335 stage 2 but I would assume its better than stock. Like I said, a great deal.

I would like to exhaust this avenue before I shell out for one I know will work. Please ellaborate on whether it will fit or not. Thank you guys and I'm happy to be part of this forum. Its a great jump from driving my jetta 1.8t and looking to vwkotex for answers to my vw's electrical nightmares.

The only difference I found was that the 335 clutch has 4 more teeth than the 330. does this matter?

Did you call spec? Or a spec dealer? They may be able to help... I would think unless your replacing the flywheel, it's definitely not going to work, but that's just a guess.

We are a spec clutch dealer. Email us at sales@protuningfreaks.com and we'll set you up. Stage 2+ or 3+ are the only ones we recommend.

He's also selling a matching lightened single mass flywheel I was apprehensive of buying because I didn't want the chatter. Do you think that if I also bought the flywheel it would match up?

Honestly, just shell out the money for a new clutch and lightweight flywheel. The cheap approach is never a good one when it comes to BMWs.
