Why cant I adjust the settings in menu 12 on jb4?

Trying to dial in lagfix and wastegate rattle. I can adjust menu 10, but menu 12 always reverts back to 2. Do these two menus change simultaneously?

Menu 12 can never be set higher than menu 10.

If DWP is set to 20 (10 in dash) then base duty cycle can be no higher than 20 (2000rpm in dash).

If you have any additional setup questions I'd suggest using the JB4 N54 sticky on n54tech.
