Nope, it is our wheel. It may look similar, but everything is different.

What size turbo would be best for a autoX, track car? What type of dynojet numbers can be expected for a smaller turbo? Speculation on a 91 oct tune and a 100 oct tune?

Possibly 6062 would be a good size for autoX/Tracking. I would say you can achieve 600whp out of that turbo on 28+lbs and 100octane. 91 octane numbers, I wouldn't push a car more than 350whp to be honest.

I run 12psi wastegate boost when I have 91 octane in there. AutoX or Tracking, I would say a nice 450-500whp at 20-22 psi on that turbo and some racegas.

Is there an option for just a hot parts kit? I'd provide turbo and wastegates. Also how about the gates plumbed back in to the exhaust?

For now we are holding off on that option until we get more development in. If you are local it would be easier to have the car here to ensure fitment with different turbo. IE ( coolant lines, drains, downpipe size with flange fitment and the gates plumbed back in.)

What turbo did you have in mind to use?

gtx3582 so not too much different..manifold dictates wastegate and turbine housing choices.

I got an email a couple days ago about a gtx35 as well. I will see what I can do on offering a kit for people who would like to use Garret turbos for the water cooling option.

HTA is good, but idk for the price you can't really beat comp. It looks like our comp spools like Terrys 5862 with a slightly larger AR housing as well. Everything isn't apples to apples with that comparison, could be due to our manifold design etc. RPM VS HP from the dyno of both our cars are literally identical.

I can tell you from experience with an EFR turbo, it will definitely never fit as a top mount. It's way too long and bigger in size compared to other turbos cause of the internal DV etc. Bottom mount, yes.

I've never heard of comp til this thread, let alone seen dynos etc. If they're worth the money, they're worth the money haha

hmm really? 9180 or 8374 in 1.05 EWG is 9.7 inches long... a GTX3582R is 8.6 inches long - how long is a CT4x or 6766?.. precision T3 stuff is 8.73"... so i'm assuming the T4 is slightly larger - so there's less than an inch that needs to be made up - is there not even an inch of room spare either side? (for lols, a GTX4294 is.. 9.86"... say goodbye to any dreams of a top mount 4 figure HP N54 if bigger turbos can't fit then Click here to enlarge)

Sorry, I didn't mention. It's very bulky as well all around, there is less than a cm clearance between turbo and firewall and about 2 inches from motor to turbo.

ah ok, the dimensions in the diagrams looked similar between the above compared models height/width wise though.

2 inches from motor to turbo though.. that sounds like a $#@!load of room?.. unless you mean specifically on your manifold, in which case, fair enough!

From compressor yes, the exhaust manifold is about a cm or so, enough to fit the blanket around.

Comp has been around for years, they've had their ups and downs as every company has. They've been great to deal with, and are local to us. So turn around on parts and everything is very quick.

Clutch arrives tomorrow, and will be installed on Friday. Will change out spark plugs as well to minimize any chance of misfires now. Will hopefully dyno next friday with Ms109 and crank it up to 25 psi.

Anyone who wants to see an EFR on an N54 just google it. It does not look like fun to install:
