Either one would be great. JB4 does not exist. JB3 2.0 is the newest version. Both tunes will give you similar power gains at the same boost level.

Not almost all things, it is a different tune and yes, it will be competing with the Procede v4. Terry claims it will offer more than what the Procede has to offer, and probably for a lower price.

The flashes are playing catch up at this point, although GIAC with the map-switcher is pretty neat.

You will not blow up your engine running a stock JB board with just DCI and any map. I'm not sure how the Procede safeties work.

you are asking about support , not pre-sales questions. Thats a different story. If you read about the tunes and what they offer you will get all the answers you want.

Stay stock to be safe, possibly consider trading in for a 328.

If you're not in a hurry sit on the sidelines a bit. Our new G4 board is about ready which really changes the landscape for the better.

    Exactly!

I post a lot to try to determine if the V4 or Jb3 is safer.

I can see you are from Lithuania so it really isn't your fault that your posts come across the way they do.

There is a lot of information on this topic, both are perfectly safe, and it is a question of what your goals are. For most people, the JB3 is perfectly fine, safe, and gives them exactly what they are looking for.

Nothing against Lithuania, if one did not know you were from another country your English might come across in a different way. So, as I said, it is not your fault simply you trying to communicate in a language that you may not use frequently. Understand?

Because Shiv was attempting to advertise for free which is a violation of the vendor guidelines which you can read here: http://www.bimmerboost.com/showthrea...dor-Guidelines

The forum is open to all users but we do not allow vendors to advertise for free and abuse the system. We feel someone should sponsor if they want to advertise, and since Shiv is not a sponsor, he won't be advertising.

As the link to the guidelines I showed you states, guest vendors have limited posting capability to clear up erroneous information regarding their products.

It does not allow them to just post for fun or in any topic that mentions their product. It also dose not allow them to solicit contact for the purpose of business.

Now, would be glad to help you with whatever you would like to know now that we have established you are not a troll and simply are asking in your own way for details.

You can blow up with any system if you abuse it. A $349 (or $1095) tune does not turn the N54 in to an AMG killer without some risks. As long as you use the systems within their suggested power ratings and guidelines you'll be fine. If you push the boundaries in to uncharted territory then you pays your money and takes your chances. I think the score in terms of blown engines is 3 for the PROcede and 2 for the JB3. But remember we have many more tunes in use and in both cases the cause was the user pushing things further than they should have.
