Awesome! Glad to see you put up the vid.

I can't tell you how great it is to see someone taking their X6 to the strip. Well edited vid too with the two camera angles. What editor did you use?

Sorry man but I don't know. My friend set up his gopro hd in my car and recorded from outside then edited everything at home. Thanks a lot. I was disappointed I didn't get into 12's like a few weeks ago but since it was consistent i attributed it to the track and weather Click here to enlarge ha

You can convert your slips taking account into weather using a DA calculator.

Exactly, I was going to suggest you use the calculator on Drag Times.

First, look at what your density altitude was when you ran in the 12's then look what it was when you ran recently in the 13's. That should explain the difference in times.

    10/31
    Density Altitude: -420 feet
    Relative Density: 101.24 %

    and

    Density Altitude: -493 feet
    Relative Density: 101.45 %

    This was my 13.0 runs

    10/17

    Density Altitude: 383 feet
    Relative Density: 98.88 %

    and

    Density Altitude: 583 feet
    Relative Density: 98.31 %

    and

    Density Altitude: 707 feet
    Relative Density: 97.95 %

    This was my 12.8 runs

These are all the numbers for the different times of the day. Now if I only knew what all this meant.

From my understanding now the higher the number the worse it is for cars, isn't it? So with that in mind the quarter mile times should be the other way around shouldnt they?

I really have no explanation, it goes against what should have happened.

What were your shorts? (60ft times?)

Track conditions (ground temp., track prep) can make a difference in your grip.

Even a tenth difference in your 60ft. times can make a big difference in your quarter mile times.
