Bringing her in. Crossing my fingers :-)

Thank you for writing to BMW of North America, LLC (BMW NA, LLC) regarding your 2008 BMW 335i. I was sorry to learn of the concern you have with your vehicle.

BMW NA, LLC has extended the turbocharger's emissions warranty up to a total of 8 years or 82,000 miles, as well as the warranty of the High Pressure Injection Pump (HDP) from 4 years or 50,000 miles to 10 years or 120,000 miles; whichever comes first and starting from an eligible vehicle's original in-service date. Our records indicate your vehicle's in-service date was 10/15/2008.

We suggest contacting the service team at your authorized BMW center for a complete diagnosis. They have the expertise to provide you with detailed technical support, and are also able to determine a repair's warranty eligibility. Should you need it, a list of our authorized BMW centers categorized by name, state or ZIP Code can be found on our website at: www.bmwusa.com, under “Dealer Locator.”

The BMW Customer Relations and Services Department is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., ET. You can reach us at 1-800-831-1117.

Quick update. New turbo and the smoke is gone. Thanks to Tony@Vargas and Alex@ABR

Couldn't get stealership to honor it as they said they couldn't reproduce it even the video is there.

You could be sitting there at the dealership choking on smoke from the turbos in front of them and they'd blame smog in the air.
