^ my exact thoughts. I really hope his engine is ok and that blown n54's with singles don't become commonplace. IMHO, nobody should get into boost with a new setup, before a qualified EFI tuner has some time with it. One of the first of my honda friends, back in 2005, to jump on the turbo bandwagon after I had made 300whp on a stock dohc 1.6L(b16a), cracked all 4 pistons on a honda b20b during his first pull. I told him to NOT DRIVE IT, until I had reprogrammed his ECU. He learned the hard way. Thankfully, the VC breather isn't anywhere near the turbo/manifold on a B-Series. My brother almost burnt his SR20 240sx to the ground, when he cracked a ring land and blew oil out of the breather all over the turbo/manifold. Thank god he had a bottle of iced tea and that was enough to put out the flames. Blowby out of the VC breather while under boost = cracked/burned pistons.

Um it's an automatic filter you can disable in your settings. If you think I care or want to spend the time manually editing out profanity from peoples posts you're $#@!ing kidding yourself.

no oil leak from the VC breather, the oil leak is form the lower oil feed line ill go to the shop soon to fix it and fix the WG vacuum lines then ill post some logs Click here to enlarge.

the n54 is solid it can handle 20AFR FOR 1 OR 2 pulls.

@135idct you need to SLOW DOWN , like way down... and make sure your car is 100% ... from the looks of this situation and how you are handling it my bet is you are going to damage your motor. I am bring blunt bc maybe others are hesitant to but his might help you out...

get your car to a shop that knows n54s as well as other turbo cars... have a tuner email with T or whomever , have him road tune, dyno tune, and road test then take your car back.. that will be cheaper and less money than getting a new engine.

not mentioning hardware problems that are piling up either... that needs sorting too... disaster waiting to happen here.

This is not a good sign at all, you need to do what Chuck said and SLOW down, but honestly spitting out out of the top or valve cover and thinking the shop you had install your expensive turbo kit is not even sure nor can they just look up how many QT's of oil to put in the car and they may have overfilled it...Click here to enlarge These are all huge red flags. I have a feeling this engine is already damaged, but you aren't doing yourself any favors by just pushing ahead. Get your car out of that shop and into someone hands who is capable.

If oil is just vomiting itself out of the check valve, valve cover (though I’m not sure what that really means), and/or oil filler cap; you have some type of serious problem on your hands. I would guess you smoked the rings in one or both banks from extended lean runs, and are now blowing by huge amounts of oil as a result. This would also explain the awful idle, I would imagine you are smoking a good deal as well.
