I've never heard of anyone running hedman headers on an M3. Don't waste your time on a throttle body spacer as they've been deemed completely useless.

Everything else looks like you have a solid list. Might want to consider reinforcing the front and rear subframe with all new bushings as well.

The OEM ones have been proven to fail over time so I would suggest either going with AKG black bushings or Powerflex yellow/purple bushings.

As far as headers go, look into Status Gruppe tuning, Agency Power, or Custom Performance Innovations stepped headers. If you're looking to do it on the cheaper side I would recommend going with a set of euro headers since they don't have cats, which is ultimately what you want obviously.

Tune should either be done by Evolve or Frank Smith from TTFS.

    Good Luck on the hunt!

It depends how concerned you are with security. For me, the factory alarm was more than adequate.

Factory alarm is great especially when you add the shock senor to it.
