    Just saw these replies.

I didn't know the rule of thumb was only 15-16 PSI on pump fuel, I have seen threads from Shiv / BMS pushing 21psi on claimed 91 pump fuel.

Today I did a quick 3rd gear pull with a light e85 mix 70/30 mix and the dentation is no more but my HPFP takes a huge dive as you can see.

So at this point I am going to increase my fuel scalars from 1.10 to 1.135 on both banks, run it a bit leaner at the higher RPMS, and drop the timing a couple degs and see how she does then, I am pretty confident that will solve the HPFP drop and then will be able to run 18-19 PSI.

I am also waiting on couple companies to get back to me on a PI setup, once I get that going it will be for 28-29 psi.

The bottom line is you're going to need more octane to run more boost. period. Since you can't run 100% e85 in these cars yet, you're going to need an e85 mix with pump gas and meth is going to be needed to reach max potential. That's really with any car. More boost requires more octane, especially in higher compression engines such as the N54.

13-16 depending on any vehicle practically, is about the max pump gas can support.... detonation just cant be stopped when cylinder pressures get higher.

Ok to update this thread, I went ahead and made some adjustments to the flash file, as I described before. I am now able to run both Map 2(17 psi) and a custom Map 6(18.5 PSI ) with no major hicups.

    Here are the logs
