Why are my SFTFs maxing out at 34? Datazap! attached

This has been my trouble...SFTFs maxing at 34 WOT above about 4000 rpm. LTFTs to come down to 0. My Lambda is heading to 12.5 (not 12.0?) Currentlly running PTF for 93 octanes, but its the same problem even on Stage 0 (OEM). No codes. Seems to run fine...
    Any suggestions?

Quick look, your LPFP clearly has a problem maintaining a consistent pressure (assuming target psi is 72 psi WOT)

    Yea what Benzy said

Your lpfp is struggling. Did you email PTF about it? I'm sure they'd co sign that analysis

Yes - I have an email out to @dzenno about this. But I don't think it's LPFP necessarily as my earlier logs also show pressures bumping up and down from even lower pressures (50 psi) to 72 psi when I was adding a little ethanol to make E21... And STFTs were only maxing in the mid-20s. http://www.datazap.me/u/jeffman/e21-84c-datalog2?log=0

I started noticing 34s after some serious E40 experimentation and Daily driver usage. I'm now wondering whether a partially clogged fuel filter from a dirty fill-up of E85 could be causing this??? Not sure if this matters, but does anyone know if the LPFP pressure sensor is located before or after the fuel filter? I'm also still wondering whether my Lambda sensors somehow are crapped out. I did both lambda adaptation reset (no change) and full adaptation reset (yesterday, I'm pretty sure no change).

I have the same issue on ACN 91 with a brand new LPFP + Walbro inline. I also reset my adaptations and this is one of the results.

Where is STFT bank 2? Looks like it's reaching 34 and staying flat. Is it still the original OEM LPFP?

100+PSI am I seeing that correctly Blist?

Did you reflash your tune after install?

I'm starting to think that the first step in these inline set ups should be lower e85 mixture first and then gradually increase them each fill up.

Yes, that is right. That's because the OEM LPFP is brand new with the inline. The 100+ is a spike and it averages to 80, which good, constant pressure.

BTW: I'm running ACN 91 on that run.

We took identical steps in replacing the entire low pressure side, and have the same "issue" in mid 80s LPFP PSI after seeing heavy load. Yours spikes a bit more than mine now, but with the FFTEC pump ours logged identically.

I'm very curious to see if you blow the 20amp. If you do be careful, the car dies then and there and it's very abrupt.

Yes, I haven't swapped the fuse. Should I do that? What's the recommendation?

STFT bank 2 was not logged but it behaves very similar to bank 1.

@blisstik, it also looks like you are getting numerous timing corrections during your WOT logs. Mine are pretty quiet...usually no corrections during WOT logs. I have about 12K miles on my current plugs. Maybe yours are older?

Got new NGK plugs as well since October. I'm not concerned with the timing drops as they don't go below 3 most of the time.

How long have you had the new pump and inline in the car for?

Since October. I bought VDO LPFP and Walbro 255 from eBay. Did them all the same time. But I never swapped the fuse. I've done some WOTs but on ACN 91. I haven't even tested E50 on it because my rears are pretty bald. As soon as I replace them, I will.
