Should have some more updates coming very soon, will be much quicker now, but here's the oil cooler thermostat delete plate installed with some more black SS lines to match others on the car.

No, not yet. Should be pretty soon now, just depends on how long some of the extra stuff takes. I'll be posting more pics this week, I'd love to pick up the car by the end of the month...but we'll see.

I'm trying to contemplate whether or not to have the LSD installed right away. I'm just not sure what all break-in I need to do. I'd hate to get the car up and running and not be able to get tuning and dyno right away just cause the LSD isn't broken in.

i believe its drive ~500 miles and then change diff oil to break in. i bought a complete pumpkin lsd to put in my car because i hate not having one (BMW FAIL). Im hoping VAC will still accept my core refund since its been so long since i bought it. unless a local wants to buy it Click here to enlarge i also bought a DEFIV lockdown kit

Yeah, I need to get the lockdown but it's damn expensive...lol which just means I need to wait. I might wait on the LSD and do it when my built trans gets back and do a driveshaft, lockdown, LSD, and trans all at the same time. I dunno, we'll see how bad it may screw up the schedule. I really want to get this car tuned and on the dyno ASAP

i believe a local makes a cheap one that gets the job done. you could go that route so you don't get that nasty wheel hop and end up breaking something else. its probably going to take sometime to adjust/tweak the car before you can tune/dyno it and thanks if nothing else goes wrong

No, the software is not cracked whatsoever. Flashing the trans with the alpina software is completely different than having the software cracked. I don't think anyone has even been able to spell out exactly what the alpina software does to arrive at the result it has.
Yes im using alpina flash with upgrade. I am no where near the power levels that these singles will put out i am prob. at 500whp max. I am going to do a vargas stage3 upgrade this year but not until some trans. Programming is avail. Its just to much money invested to chance it. I have had zero issues but there could already be damage im unaware of. I did not do the alpina flash until after the trans. was built so I can't really make a before and after comparison. I bought my car used with 20k on it and once I tuned the car it didn't last long. I believe car was stock for the first 20k as a 75 year old man owned it since it was new but I abused it daily and it started miss shifting and acting up after 15k of abuse on my part. Let me know when they crack the tcu tuning. Bought a 135 a while back thats stock right now but if they do a good job on yours I'll try them out as long as its not over 6k LOL. Im still hearing it from the wife over the first one.

lol, yeah I'm single so no issues there, not sure what all is going to be necessary for the upgrade so far which makes it hard to gauge cost but...you can feel free to check out their stuff for the ZF 6hp26.

    http://www.nizpro.com.au/products.html

They really do some great stuff. I think for a complete ZF6hp26 build including billet input and intermediate shaft it totals ~$7500.

@jzeee07 did you ever get a full list of everything that LVL10 did? Do you know if they replaced the input and intermediate shafts and if they added any clutch plates or just replaced them?

don't know to much about it, besides it being a full lvl10 build. I think it should be in the tuning phase by now but it also has upgraded turbos, meth, nitrous, ets. it should be interesting

Nah, no need for a 350. I might look at a 250, but GM is my first choice TBH.

Twin turbo LB7. Makes 800whp and 1310 torque. Built suncoast trans. and yes its ran better times than my 335. AWD Burnouts Rock. When I get home to my computer ill send you some vids. Its nasty and ill prob. Keep it forever. The only thing I like more than seeing someone look crossways at the 335 after i beat them is the look you get when a beast 4wd just walks away from someones sports car. Its like "This does not compute" Lol and I love it.

Dude you must break people’s hearts when you walk away from them in a truck. I’d think my car was knocking like mad or out of oil pressure if a full size truck moved like that against it- and it sounds like your truck is seriously quick. Awesome awesome awesome stuff.

Duramax are fast, there's just no other way to put it. They are lighter and easy to make big power. I just plain love them, and being in Florida, they are fairly plentiful.

Definitely want to see some vids man, that's a serious truck. There are several diesel shops around town here and it's not out of the norm to go to the dragstrip and see some 11 second and even 10 second passes from trucks. (usually duramax of course...silly Ford's..)
