Not very common to see a water-air cooler on these cars. Looking forward to the completion of the cooler.

Very nice build! Your custom manifold is very impressive, the bends looks smooth and well planned. Good luck!

It looks very nice and all but why not do you not use a "normal " intercooler ans spend your money to more inportants things?
There are tests done between the two intercoolers and the difference in cooling is not huge.

Because I do not want to repeat existing designs of coolers. I am interested to make my own cooler for my personal requirements..And the money has already been spent, all equipment purchased...

The air filter will be located above the left wheel. Here the most cold air under the hood and there is a free space. From it will even make a carbon tube under the motor to the turbine on the right side.
Still need to put water pumps for turbine cooling and intercooler and oil suction pump.

    Sirs,
Does anyone have a specification sheet on 289074 JE pistons for S50B32? I lost mine. I need to know the exact bore clearance. It should be close to 0.005" or 0.12-0.13 mm for this model.
