Tomorrow I cut the shell and take out model. Then I glued together parts of the shell and topped with another 2-4 layers of carbon fiber with chemically resistant resin.

I've already finished the production of carbon fiber pipe from air filter to inlet housing of turbine. I apply 2 more layers of fabric in a vacuum. I attach it to the engine. Everything turned out well! The part have structure like from Pagani or Koenigsegg!!Click here to enlarge

Thank you. For me, much better to work with metals. Production of pipe took a very long time, namely the preparation of the model.

I did some work with the exhaust. Moved wastegate below and finished fixing the muffler.Click here to enlargeClick here to enlargeClick here to enlargeClick here to enlargeClick here to enlargeClick here to enlargeClick here to enlargeClick here to enlarge.
I also balanced the engine crankshaft and flywheel with damper. By klenvalu imbalance was 50 and 60 grams. The imbalance of the crankshaft was 50 and 60 grams at the ends.
