I also have the pyramidring headgasket from PPF,i use it for many years now and it works great!

But i think you need a bigger wategate in the future,i had boostcreep with a Tial 44mm, now i have the Tial 60mm wastegate and no problems

great build, look forward to seeing it run. my personal experience with the AEM FIC 8 is that it is not compatible with the siemens mss50 dme. hopefully you manage with it.

Excellent manifold fabrication. Love the design as well. Im surprised you didn't choose a twin-scroll design. Do you have any pics of the completed manifold? where are you incorporating the wastegate(s)?

    Omni,
At that time, only managed to buy such a turbine.
Yes, I finished doing my collector a few days ago. Westgate is located under the hood, behind the right wheel bar.

Also today, I cooked downpipe. I made a smooth transition from 76.1 mm to 2x63.5 mm after turbine. I also want to make two strong brackets.

Incredible fabrication work. I love the manifold especially. Smart move on the individual cylinder O2 monitoring! I would love for you to share any data logs once the car is running to show variation prior to any manipulation from the engine management.

I repaired my engine head. Replacement valve guides is required. Helped liquid nitrogen and press with a force of 10 tons.
Click here to enlargeClick here to enlarge
I measured the valve clearances. They were exceeded twice:Click here to enlarge
I used the press to extract all volves: Click here to enlargeClick here to enlargeClick here to enlarge
When I applied nitrogen, properly was possible to establish only two bushes. Others were at different heights. I further squeezed them by press with WD40 grease:Click here to enlargeClick here to enlargeClick here to enlarge
All work complete:Click here to enlarge
Job worked out perfectly! No scratches. Next I plan to handle the valve seat coaxially sleeves.Click here to enlarge

A few days ago I made a bracket to exclude the possibility vibrations of the turbine, which could destroy the collector. This bracket is not very hard, moderately elastic.
