Yup I'm still a rookie, I've always thought reaction time is factored into the ET.

That's pretty much what I do but always mess up the release of the brake. I engage LC and feather the throttle while still in LC but somehow F#$% it everytime. I'm usually racing mates at the drag strip so I don't get enough time to focus on it.

reving it once to launch it. The timing lands right smack on the green. I think the following M3 is doing the same with the launch

Yeah I know what you're referring to.

I think launch control is the best method although hardest on the clutches.

Agree. That's when a JB4 comes in real handy for us N54 guys. I cap first gear between 8-10psi and it still spins the wheels like crazy. I tried LC at 18.5psi in 1st. Car was not happy even with a feathering of the pedal off the line. Running on street tyres (275 Michelin PSS).

Terry and I did work thru. In my opinion the BB Flash is stronger on the upper end. It seems to pull harder 5k+ rpms. Which exasperated my fueling restraint. With the inline, that problem is handled.
@BuraQ I will have to try that single mash LC. I have seen that M3 run and your vids and wondered how you got it to do that, lol.

R/T has no bearance on E/T. I don't even look at that. I'd rather take my time or redlight than try for a .000. If you look at my previous 11.7/8 s timeslips, some R/T were 1.xx s.
