    I'm with you, no problem whatsoever. I've already stated this intention to Terry probably a dozen times.

    This isn't about my car, the S65, or anything else. It's simply a thread about a 60-130 run that reflects the capability of the FFtec setup on the 135i. I almost feel like people are so hungry for some kind of N54 victory they are making this into someone it isn't.

    Haters gonna hate. I really don't care who holds the "records". Im not a typical N54 owner who hates the S65 because its a V8 and an M car. If I wanted an S65 I could and would have one sitting in my driveway. I honestly like both cars but chose the N54 because of the bang for the buck. Although that's a different story. Id just like to see a "big dog" S65 get out and throw down some numbers. Im a performance car junkie, lets do this!

    It's obvious your car will trap higher over a quarter mile cause you'll have much more traction off the line than a 135i ST ever will. 60-130 is the best way to see the car's actual power in this case.

    HELL NO M Suspension makes it worse out the hole. You have to put it in comfort mode. I had a E92 M3 DCT with 305 on the rear and it was a pain to launch. My e92 335 with 275 on the rear is a lot easier. Plus I can fit 305's if I wanted to.... 335 is a lot easier to get out the whole. I have tons of experience with drag racing both cars.

    I don't know why you guys are fixating on comparing my car to this. I will trap higher because I have much more power. It has nothing to do with traction off the line.

    60-130 is the best way to see how long it takes to accelerate from 60-130. There are variables in this just like anything else.

    Last night arguments about the 6MT being quicker than the 6AT, and now about traction and trap speeds? WTF is going on with this forum this weekend?


    Terry currently now holds 60-130 record for the e9x BMW's congratulations to Terry and BMS.

    until someone proves they are quicker, they are not. Get tired of all the potential spoke, lets see performance or stfu. One can compare w/e car they want to w/e other car they want; deal with it.

    The only working trans its had is a loaner for an event the shop took it out to, so no, how is that finished? Until it's in your hands and running properly no way it's "finished".     What difference does it make where the trans came from? You obviously can't use a pulled trans but it was an OEM trans just like this one. So what is your point exactly?

    Until it's in my hands? Why? What if I go on vacation and leave it at Gintani, the car becomes unfinished because it isn't in my hands? Seriously you're points are idiotic. The motor and car have been finished it needs a transmission upgrade because it's making absurd power.
