We have 13 more cores. 7 are done being machined and just waiting on a few little things and we will be ready to start shipping again in prob 30 days or so. We would have done all 13 at once, but we had an issue with damaged cores in shipping and Fed Ex had to come inspect and deal with a claim etc.

Nice man, people will save their tax money for that! Sucks that always comes down to shipping error etc.

It's not even a hard job to put a box in a car and drive it. They can't do that then I can't imagine them doing anything else productive...

I've always wanted a pontoon with a stripper pole. A 450hp X5 to tow it would just be icing on the cake.

Well the N55's are kind of their own deal, they are VERY VERY heavy and the flanges get bent if you breath on them wrong, we have to make a special wooden crate to get them to and from the machinists safely. People shipping them do not realize this and just package them like a normal turbo core, if this is the case they always end up damaged.

We ship all over the planet and receive stuff from China, India etc every day

UPS rules by a long way >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Fedex >>>>> DHL

Amazing how many damaged pieces we get with the latter 2 shippers....

I have also seen local Fedex delivery guys/gals in NY just throw and I mean THROW boxes from the height of the truck onto the pavement..

    Hello Tonys. How are you?

I have been following your company for about two years and its not easy when I live in Chile. Every mod means a huge hastle to bring it to my country, pay the taxes, find a mechanic that will do it, etc...

I live in Chile but I am travelling for my sisters graduation on May 25 until June 2nd and want to bring the N55 Stage 2 Hybrid Upgrade [VTT-N55-STG2] with my back on the plane, so I want to purchase it now. So if you could please answer the following questions I would really appreciate it.

Just for the record, my car is the following:

    2011 BMW 135i N55
    BMS Chargepipe
    FMIC
    Catless DP
    Injenn CAI
    Jb4 Stage 2
    OCC

    • Size and weight of total kit, to know if I can take it on the plane suitcase
    • Is there any other hardware or anything at all I would need to purchase for this kit? (gaskets, forge, lsd, seals, ect...) If not, is there hardware that you RECOMMEND to change, or do you provide any upgraded HFPF for example, etc?
    • In the SIZE selection, what the difference between the SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, etc options when buying the kit?
    • What is the availabily, when can you have it shipped? (hopefully asap for the days mentioned above in Boston)
    • How hard is the install to do at home? As far as tools, space, etc.
    • I havent seen too many 135i with this kit. Is there a reason behind this, like space?
    • Is this fully compatible with a 135i?
    • I am planing on keeping my core until I sell the car (two years aprox) Is there a limit on time to return the core, or would you accept it 2 years later?
    • What advantages do you consider you have over the RBs turbos for n55 that is almost launched?
    • Do you now include part 1165793303 – 6
    • Im sure you saw this issue, but how can I avoid it? It has to do with the turbo spitting out oil. e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=976996
      • Im with you on this, and they are talking about an N54. Is the N55 prone to the same issues, or have you upgraded or changed something that avoids those issues completely?

    • Do these kits come with the CHRA upgraded? Any way to upgrade it if not? Since this is a problem with your kits
    • What about the thrust and billet upgrade? upgraded bearings?
    • Do i need COBB or is my JB4 set up enough?
    • Any fuel shortage problems and how to resolve them?

Thank you guys for your time and hard work!
