    Famoso 2/1 Results

    Hey guys,

Another great track day at Famoso today. Really good turn out with some quick supercharged M3s, the normal crew (Serg, Adam, Eric, etc), another tune/dp M5, and even a tune/downpipe X6M.

I ran the new M5 today which is equipped with our Stage1 tune and a few gallons of 100 octane mixed with 91. And it was hauling ass all day. Best run was 11.49@126.72 with a weak 1.97 60'. Lots of 11.5@127 runs. Can't wait to get the ER downpipes on to see how these times improve. Click here to enlarge

Also had the misfortune of losing to a very quick E63 AMG on his way to a 130mph trap. :brokenheart:

Took a few runs in Serg's car which ran very well. I'll let him share his results. Click here to enlarge

Also since I had the VBOX for one of the runs I remembered to go back and check the 0-60 times, etc, after the run. I think these were from one of the 11.5@127 runs. This car is seriously fun. :lol

@Terry@BMS Nice results!! How was Serge's car doing without meth? Is the pump doing well all by itself with the ethanol content and the RBs? Glad the pump is holding out strong this time around.

Damn, that's moving. These N54s better step their game up. S65s are getting very impressive at the 1/4mi.

    Promoted to the front page:

BMS (Burger Tuning) continues its F10 M5 S63TU Stage I tuning and testing program. Last week BMS shared their Stage I Dynojet dyno results which showed upwards of 628 horsepower at the wheels. Terry Burger from BMS took the Stage I equipped M5 to the drag strip to put that horsepower to the pavement managing a best run of 11.49 @ 126.72. The car was fairly consistent but the 60 foot numbers show there is much more in it with some drag rubber.

Hmmm yeah there should be a good bit more left in it at those power levels, but vey nice work. Can't wait to see what it does with some good rubber. I'm sure launching it really is the hardest part..bone stock a lot of owners say it's hard to get a clean shot. Any idea what the DA was?
