    first ever N55B30+6HP21 swap into E36 1996 328i sedan

I decided to treat my E36 with something unique and special so I went to local salvage auction and scored 2011 335i cheap. Car was damaged all around but I was only interested in the good stuff, not many people bid because of extensive external damage, so I got it for very cheap. Got it towed home then got it up on the bricks then bypassed the battery cable that was disconnected by SRS module, then started the engine and went trough all the gears, it runs great and only has 30k miles.
Then I started unplugging different components and electronics to see what exactly do I need to swap into my E36 to make it all work great. After figuring the stuff out and making some measurements I found out most of the parts will fit fine, only few minor modifications to the body need to be made. So I am positive about swap working out just fine.
I was not going to post anything about my project until I at least installed the engine and transmission properly into E36.

    More to come.

Finished it enough to be able to drive it. All I can say this thing is very fast. You feel the torq right away and engine pulls hard all the way to the redline. Feels faster than E36 with S54.
