    Twin Scroll Manifold. Its 64mm inducer / 86mm exducer compressor and a 66mm Turbine Vs a 62mm inducer / 86mm exducer compressor and a 68mm turbine. bigger comp smaller turbine for the 6466, smaller comp 2mm bigger turbine for the HTA, both highly efficient designs, the 2mm add weight, the spool is going to be very close, I wouldn't expect to see much in the way of spool gains one over the other, but no one has ran that turbo on the N54 so we will see.

    Expect it to spool like the 6466 and you will not be disappointed, the odds of it spooling better go against the those pesky physics. But as I said, remains to be seen.

    Ok! Just found a cool little chart, whoever made this is a good guy.
    Ok so! PTE is quoting Exducer turbine size, and I was using that for inducer size, the HTA3586R uses the Garrett GT35R turbine which is 68mm x 62.20, the 6466 uses a 74.17mm x 66mm turbine, that is a big size difference. The HTA will for sure spool faster, quite a bit actually. I did not realize the 6466 used such a large turbine. It also supports 150 more hp than the HTA. Looking very forward to seeing your results!

    To help clean up the look of the table, some abbreviations were used in the headers. Here are the descriptions (with units):

    ^^this is more along the lines of what I was thinking. I personally had the HTA3582r on an I4 and hit peak TQ by 4400RPMS. I've seen EVO guys hit peak TQ by 4800RPMs on the HTA86r. '

    If the 6466 SS is hitting pq TQ by 4300, the GTX3582r car and the HTA86r and going to be insane.

    I can't wait to see all these cars running and end all of the speculation though. Such an exciting time in the N54 world right now.

    Terry I really can't wait to see that 135i hit the 1/4mi.

    Got the prototype on the car today. Going to get some street time in with it soon. Here is the prototype its a mess but you can get a idea, production manifold will be cleaner and a bit smaller and more compact for easy install.

    Make sure you mount the O2 sensors far enough away from each other that the gases don't mix. Otherwise the fuel trims are going to start straying. It may be tough to do with how short the 2-1 collector is. You may have to put the sensors right where the 3 cylinders merge on each bank.

    Thanks for the info Eleventeen. We just we did the collectors and some areas of the prototype manifold so that the gases won't mix should work out great.
