Dude, my missus thinks I don't drink anymore so feel free to join my make believe world... you just need a time machine to be here in 2 hrs

When I lived in Tokyo in their "bubble" a $1000 wine for dinner was essential but even my boss would balk if we paid $11,810 for a 375 ml bottle I am sure... but Leoville Le Cases was a common swill water back then !!!

    Them's the days

    Ah the expense account days.

Las Cases is good stuff. I actually have a couple 1928's. Also a few of the 2005's.

Le Cirque - wonderful ... so much better than 10+ years ago

WE had a very young US Cabernet, Newton Unfiltered - effing spectacular young wine, ballsy... lots of fruit... I gave it a HUGE 95/100 then I got blasted on various Sauternes as the missus had to go fix a work problem

Lots of hot young Russian hookers with 65+ yr old American horndogs

    Lot of fun

Get the Newton = remarkable wine

Anything other than Silver Oak Napa is a waste of time. You had the Alexander Valley at that price.

I get my Silver Oak Napa for $60 a bottle Click here to enlarge I get my Caymus for $40...

If you liked the Caymus Chardonnay try the Caymus Conundrum Savignon Blanc. Half the price if you get it at Costco and just as good if not better.

I gotta put up a few pics later of the wine I drank over the holidays. Thought it was pretty nice for $25 bucks. Considering Ive tried some stuff in the $200 range that tasted like crap.
