Still on low boost 0.9 bar, dyno can't handle it correctly because of fast speeding up to rev limit, but 370 hp and 450 Nm we have on 0.7 bar with conservative settings on RON91.

We have cold 0C but some drives on 0.8 bar while tuning MAT air density table.

This is a pretty amazing set up, and looks like it spools pretty quickly for a truck turbo. How is the drivability with the MS3-Pro ecu? Do find that it runs the m54 quite well? And is your oem ecu throwing any codes since it no longer controls the engine and the ms3 does? Sorry for so many questions but Ive been looking at this for awhile but I did not think this ecu would work with our cars.

Thanks! Full boost is about 4k RPM. After long tuning like drive stock ECU. It was hard to do but finally I have no CEL and Limp mode. My 720cc injectors are not the best quality but idle is pretty good.

Amazing build!!! Awesome work! Click here to enlarge Would you be willing to share how you got the ms3 pro wired up and still used the drive by wire with the factory dme? or did you convert to a cable throttle? I've been looking at ms3pro for some time now and would love some help with wiring it up (I'm planning on it for my e46 with ms42).

Installed Synchronic BOV - works awesome!

Also I found that Supersprint muffler from E39 V8 is too restrictive for turbo 350+ hp so I decided to go with Simons SS304 exhaust 3" resonator and 3" muffler with 2x2.5" oval tailpipes from Sweden.

Was too busy did big work and go from ~360 hp and ~460Nm on 0.7 bar to something f*cking funny on 1.3 bar - after some time UUC kevlar clutch can't handle it and slips now Click here to enlarge((
I don't know what to do - drag season started but I without clutch. May be to try install M5 E34 stock organic? But on UUC website is warning M5 E34 clutch incompatible with my UUC flywheel for ZF manual 6-speed gearbox. And I think M5 E34 organic can't handle my torque. Can I install some clutch disc from Sachs?

You just need a new clutch right? If the motor is taking 1.3 bar that sounds pretty damn good to me man.

Does Sachs have one for you?

I think yes seems like only clutch disc slips. I don't know may be somebody can help me with right choice from Sachs for my UUC "B13" marked flywheel?

Now in winter I have some time to post news. Ended with custom built flywheel and heavy duty custom pressure plate with stock organic 330i/530i clutch disc. This takes me 2 weeks of installing: machined my gearbox, created custom bearing, clutch cylinder offsetted and seems like holding pretty good after many launches. Also ported intake for M50 manifold and installed it. Dynostand (the lowest one like Mustang dyno) shows 400 hp 500 Nm on 1.15 bar RON 91 in hot summer day.

    Some vids.
vs Mustang 4.6l ProCharged 0.5 bar

    Driving in night

After many launches on semi-slicks destroyed driveshaft U-joint. Installed new. Destroyed. Ended up with custom CV-joint.
Turbo died on 1.5 bar - broken turbine shaft on compressor side. May be overspeed and inbalance.

Now full rebuild for GTX3582r in winter. Seems like Cometic MLS failed after 2 years - antifreeze gone from expansion tank on every full throttle on highways with good boost and speed. Will go with coopering gasket like CES or PPF sell and forged rods with bolts. Planning to install double springs from M50 non vanos head to my with custom retainers to rev without problem up to 7500 RPM.
