Below is a photo of my S50 B32 which I built last week. You can see girdle, billet mains.

Mert, I was poking slight fun of a grammar error regarding use of may and can. It was nothing against you and your use of nitrous. Simply some fun due to English use rules.

How high do you rev? Any cylinder head modifications?
What is your application with this method?

Well. Thats a pretty low rpm to spray at. And if the car has vanos and its controlled by the factory DME I can understand that it would work well. I say this because of how the DME predicts knock and retards cam timing on the exhaust to lower cylinder pressure. So spraying so low may not have any negative effects. However if you have your cams locked like this car, that may be a recipe for disaster.

Also was curious as to what compression, turbo and fuel.

Sorry. Should of been more specific.

    Garth,
I never sprayed with locked cam.

With vanos, spraying from 2700 rpm was good for traction, I did spray progressively.

Compression 12:1 (11:1 in the old days)
    Fuel: alcohol
    Turbo: Twin GTX30 (Twin 6262)

    If you can start spraying at 2700 rpm 30 shot / @ 3000 rpm 50 shot / @ 3300 rpm 75 shot / @ 3600 rpm 100 traction will be better.

I was able to pulse bosch relays when I sprayed n20. As an alternative, you can get Crydom relays. They are good.

Progressive spraying allows better traction which is needed on a RWD M3.

If you don't mind telling - did you fab up those Direct Port bungs for the Vac rail or are they from Saad Racing? I am trying to figure out how to plumb in my Direct Port Nitrous and don't really want to drill into my manifold if possible. I do need a wet shot, not a dry like it appears you have done.

Most prefer to do a wet shot because their injectors aren't large enough or their engine management isn't up to the task. We run a large dry shot because the chance of have a nitrous backfire is basically gone in a EFI car due to the absence of fuel.

The stands and billet block we have in stock. Shoot me a pm.
