you have to have return large enough to flow back and not pressurize the surge tank, and also make the siphon jet pump work.

Like i said, do it like I told you and it will work- an external surge tank works well with a fuel cell, not a kidney bean shaped tank.

I have three of these to make a surge tank INSIDE the factory tank, if you want to make one out of metal, but (don't take this the wrong way) I don't think you have the skill to do so.

now I'm studying how to do the return
godamn siphon in my way :@
I cant buy out of brazil because the taxes and looong wait time, If I can I really will do the same fuel system as you have, but no way for me. thanks for all the help

another question: my friend told me to run the turbo line and oil pressure sensor from the cap of fuel filter? he made two 1/8 ntp ports in the top, my question is it will be suficient? and the pressure is accurate? thanks again

I'm sorry, but I am bowing out of this thread for the time being- Just too much work to explain what a surge tank check valve is, where oil comes from a turbo and whatnot. there are literally hundreds of threads across the internet on turboing an S52 and the various ways to plumb everything- I feel like I'm having to hold your hand through this entire process. I just don't have the extra time to do things like this
