    i have a standalone ecu "vems" works whith 8 cyllinder sequential

    i am ordering new intake camshaft from catcams.com
    301 degrees

    so you used an audi trans? why not an xi trans and save yourself the trouble of an adapter?

    see my plan was to use an fwd motor/trans... possibly a tdi motor...

    anyway, your car is great! really thumping down some power. and it sounds just great. i like that you're building for high rpms, i was planning on going low though, i wanted to build a really torquey little thing that would be a decent daily driver... i've got two m52s which may be incorporated into this scheme, and i would want to focus the powerband at around 4k... course if i went tdi it would be like 2500...

    but hey that v8 is gonna be f'ing crazy. mucho props. that's some next level!!

    and you're deleting the vanos? i guess if ur building a drag car or something lose it buy if it's a road car than maybe u should keep vanos??

    long time no see, sorry
    the car is stil a 6 banger.it does have an upgrade now , a turbo a nice low bost setup 566 at 0.6 bar

    this is the m62 block ready to be sleved... iron cilinder liners sized up for the s62 pistons
    the engine is starting as N/A because of tuning isues but is targheting 1000 whp in turbocharged form
