    X4 spypicture during commercial shoot

BMW was doing a commercial shoot on a rooftop of a parking lot in Dallas.
Somebody offcourse took pictures of it.
You can not hold this secret in a big city.

For me, the extension of all the body shapes of BMW becomes close to ridiculous.
But there has to be a market for it, otherwise BMW would not do this, right?

Sales of the X6 have been declining lately, since all the people who preferred that style already got one. Might be same deal qith X4, good sales first few years then it'll dwindle down.

Hope to see this one at LA Autoshow for a better assessment.

I'm thinking the RS Q3 will be the winner but we will see.

According to C&D, US-Spec RS Q3 has similar horsepower and weight as the X1 35i M sport....but X1 has hydraulic steering. Both engines are very tunable but X1 has more bolt-ons available initially. RS Q3 has better transmission and looks better. Close either way.

Macan turbo looks great but down on power initially compared to tuned RS Q3 and X1 (I'm not sure how tunable the Macan engine is, I'm sure in time it will have the most potential) - however, it's lighter than both.

I'm not interested in stock vs stock as I don't drive stock vehicles. But stock for stock, I'd be in a Macan.

The RS Q3 will have the APR TT-RS parts adapted quickly though and the advantage of a dual clutch...

I don't think the Macan Turbo will be lighter than the RS Q3.

Autoweek claiming: " Porsche is yet to reveal any weight figures for its new model but Woehler suggests a number of weight saving measures, including the use of aluminium in the body, will see the Turbo hit the scales at under 3750lb. "

If that's true, it's damn impressive.

    Definitely agree if that's true.
