    Lines are finished. We had custom billet spacers made for the drain, and the feed line uses a steel Aeroquip hose end modified to work with the stock feed line, couple that with the near stock fitment of the outside water line and you basically have stock appearing fitment except for the inside water line which once everything is assembled, is impossible to see. We will also be using black push loc hose not the blue you see to make it even harder to detect when taking your car in for service.

    We have to use these lines to create another set as far as lengths and clocking etc, then we can finish the install. It wont be this weekend as we are waiting on a batch of factory feed lines to come in, and if we installed these we would have nothing to work off of. As soon as the feeds come in we can make our quality control set we will use as jigs for all the production sets going out with the upgrades and we can finish the installation.

    Each upgrade, will come with the billet spacer, all lines and hardware to install these lines, including new viton o-rings for the push in fittings, and full instructions with pictures on how to install the lines, etc. We can include the other gaskets needed for the install, such as the head doughnut gaskets and down pipe gaskets at an additional cost.

    This is Terry's car right? So he'll be tuning this one himself? Which means we won't have to wait for Cobb before seeing numbers, although that will be a great step forward in tuning once they offer it

    I am told Cobb will be ready with a beta whenever we are with an N55. That is correct, we are not tuning this car, just gonna install it and test different things, ie diverter valve function, etc. I was not able to do much of anything work wise this weekend due to family obligations, I actually tried to put the batch 2 car back on the dyno this am, $#@!ing supposedly submersible hose gave it up on the way to the dyno, was able to limp back to the shop and put the stock pump back in the tank feeding the surge tank to get it up and running, by the time I was done, he had left the shop. That is 0-3 on dyno time now. Its almost unreal at this point how much $#@! keeping going on with this car.

    Car is up and running and on the road. Sounds amazingly mean, and spools just like stock. Took a few logs and Terry is looking them over, if all looks good I will be putting a couple hundred miles on the car to make sure we have no issues and send it back to terry to work his magic. The diverter valve is getting some extra love as people were right in stating there is no vacuum to speak of at idle on these things, so I have to get tricky to get it to work. The upgrades are basically done now and will begin shipping as soon as the diverter valve is solved. Should be early next week. Honestly on the road the turbo response is unreal.     We have enough on had to ship all of our pre-orders, but we need to find some more cores. Once we ship if the cores come back in a reasonable amount of time then it shouldn't be too bad. I am scouring for cores and have found some but they are very expensive still. Once we have the cores in hand, the machine shop will take 2-3 weeks to complete the machining. If you were to order one today, I would say about 6 weeks to get it to you. Once we have cores sourced we should be able to keep them in stock and ship the next day, but we are a while out from that right now.

    Only Driven on map 1 /2 so far. We are not going to mess with tuning much, until the Cobb comes out. Terry will take care of this one.

    Congrats Tony! It does sound pretty mean. I can hear the turbine spinning down through the exhaust. Nice!

    It seems like this N55 upgrade came together pretty quickly overall. Perhaps a little quicker than your N54 stage 2s and of course the St3. Regardless, great to hear it's spooling like stock. That's just awesome. We're so spoiled with little lag these N54/N55s have, lol.
