Our MD reads very low. I belive it was 24psi .. tuned the car months ago, don't exactlyrecall. We should take this to PM as not to clutter this thread with off topic chatter. I'm very willing to answer any more questions you may have

Haha, I was just about to make a comment on how even LOW reading Mustangs rarely vary more than 15% from a DJ, saying it would be over 700 was giving it 20%, or Shiv Numbers. 675 sounds about right if you threw it on a DJ. But you corrected to Plus or minus 20. That should be right in the ballpark

We've found ours to read about 26% low in 2WD mode, and roughly 17% or so in 4WD.

    Few More pics.

Today the wastegate placement was finalized, and committed to permanent weld. Now the collector and Head flange will be final welded to complete the manifold.

The downpipe is mocked up, test fitted, and ready to be final welded also.

Here is a link with some tech, showcasing some aspects of our quality control, and what sets us apart from competitors: https://www.fftec.com/article/149/FF...ng_Basics.html

    Onto the photos.

Not on the top mount kit. The manifold is tucked down and away from most things susceptible to heat. We do wrap the downpipe, and use a turbo blanket. The top mount parts kit also comes with heat sheilds.

On any of the bottom mount kits/parts parts we highly recommend thermal wrapping. The Jet Coating didn't keep temps down enough for our comfort so we wrap.

    Thanks!

Whats the clearance like with this? Not having the valve cover really makes it seem too high.

I will disown any 335 with a stupid dsm style bump hood. Don't hate me klipse if that's where you're names from! But NO.

Anyway this looks really good, I like it so much more than the previous single. And not just because the right tuners have access to it now. Imo twin scroll singles are the only way to go if you're making a kit for enthusiasts and not just a one off thing.

I think you're going to be the first one to do it. Hood cutout, and perfect ram air into the compressor Click here to enlarge

Yes, twin scroll - the best of both worlds: Simple to install and keeps the pulses separated.

That hood bulge for the timing gears is eternal proof of failed engineering. I don't know who forgot to measure the clearances before putting the motor in, but I always found it funny that their solution was to take a hammer to the hood. Gotta do what you gotta do for the 3000 GT's illegitimate stepbrother I guess.

On the other hand I'd be alright with some louvers to help that baby breath under there. I've always loved louvers.

The problem is their solution for 6 cylinder is sequential turbos. Quad scroll and a twin scroll. And you'd be making 4 transactions with Tial I'd assume.

EDIT: I'm reading that this was an april fools joke lol.
