Single Turbo + ER CP / Tial BOV = Weird Noise?

Alright guys, I seem to have an issue here with my custom single turbo setup using the ER Charge pipe. I am getting a high pitch noise when it's part throttle and I let go off the throttle.

You can hear the noise clear as day at the 44 second mark.

I have tried a softer spring, changing out vacuum lines, and I directly hooked the vacuum line from the BOV to the intake manifold, still same issue. Please note in this video my boost gauge is not hooked up.

Dousn't sound like surge. That would be more of a pumping, pulsing sound. I'm not sure what that could be though, maybe a boost leak of some sort.

No surge, that sounds normal. How much boost are you dialed in for and how much is your current tial spring set for?

Is it possible it is the alternator? I remember from one of shiv's videos of FBI's car, after a short pull there was a whine like that as well and it was deemed to the the alternator.

Im listening to your video with my phone so I may not be hearing it clear enough.
