    I looked over the details they posted and that was it, that picture. No pics of the turbo, no dynos, no customer cars, nothing.

    Helix are some good guys...they made my IC...they are in philly....only thing i see wrong with it was the fact that they are claiming 395hp on an uncorrected mustang dyno @ 12 psi on stock housings....that kinda makes no sense...but ive been wrong before

    395 at 12 Psi lol. Impossible unless the synopsis is calibrated wrong. I was never a fan of helix. Well c how this turns out.

    I may have gone to art school and took no mechanical engineering classes but 390whp at 12psi on pump gas, on a mustang dyno, with the n54's tiny housings seems impossible. I'll wait till we see some customer dynos on someone elses dyno

    mine and jpsimons cars where doing mid to upper 300s on EPLs mustang dyno uncorrected pre turbo upgrade...and we were doing upwards of 16psi...just seems absurd for them to be knocking on 400hp door on the same type of dyno at minus 4+psi than we were running

    An uncorrected number with no chart and unknown dyno calibration doesn't mean much. I'm not an expert no the dyno corrections but I'm assuming altitude, ambient temp, and humidity all play big parts. If they dyno'd on a 15F day in the middle of winter + some bad dyno calibration I could see how you could get such a number. But it would still be BS.

    I think the fact that it's an uncorrected dyno number gives you the answer to the amount of power its making.

    Not really a good "deal". Installation is fairly simple, and a compressor wheel upgrade is not worht 2k - 2500.

    the turbine wheel was actually replaced. Its a whole new unit...unlike the epls with clipped stock wheels.

    From what I hear its very similar to RB units.

    I was talking about Helix upgrade with dynos, installation materials, installation, tune, and turbos with not only a compressor upgrade. I know people have been paying for a tune and full turbo installation with materials and dynos alone the amount they are asking for the full package - upgraded turbos included.

    Haven't had a chance to do the tuning yet but with the G4 board they will practically tune themselves. Click here to enlarge I'll leave the details on the compressors to Helix to discuss. It's not quite an RB upgrade but for what they're pacakging it for looks like a nice entry level turbo option.

    im waiting for a twin setup that will push into the 550hp range...I have a customer of mine who is waiting for that day and he will jump all over it..
