That 40R turbo might be good for 600-700HP right? Not bad for a stock mustang. Still don't believe when someone tells me a mustang is stock. No one keeps their GT500 stock. Just my opinion.

Yeah, shouldn't be enough to keep up with a 40R Supra (at least one done right). I've seen enough trapping >135mph

There are a lot of variables with knowing what the supra was tuned for. Any details? Fuel?

My experience with Supras is that they can be all over the place in terms of power and actually putting it to the ground. Get it sorted out and its pretty bad ass for a 20 year old car, but new technology in a 660hp + car is very hard to beat and the Super Snake is at the top of the food chain.

Who can trust what anybody says they have anymore, just turn up the boost. These new cars are impressive and a great bang for the buck.

I've seen Supra's dyno with bolt-ons below 400 wheel, not everyone has a build motor. It sounds good though, and I'm sure he's putting down decent numbers to even keep up with that Cobra, the new Cobra is a pretty sick straight line car.

$#@!,40R makes 650rwhp on a small 1.3L Hayabusa engine. That's a HUGE turbo Im sure its good for much more that 700whp on a Supra right???Click here to enlarge

You'd think...who knows what issues he may have been having though, or fuel he was running, hell this wasn't a planned race right? He could have been on a Daily Driver tune putting down 500whp

True. From what was posted it seemed like it was being implied that a 40R Supra is only good for 600-700whp and I find that hard to believe.
