    Stage 3 update

    First off I want to thank everyone who pre-ordered a kit for your patience as we bring this kit to market, we are going through everything from top to bottom and making everything truly production worthy. There of course have been some delays as expected which is why we do not have it ready to ship yet, Doc Race had some restructuring and have finally settled and have the jigs done and we will have our first samples next week, these will be 1.25" tubing and be a much improved design in both flow and exhaust gas velocity, the spool will be nothing like the prototype kit.

    We also have a local powerhouse in 034 Motorsports, making a bulk of the production pieces, many people do not know this, but they have a full CNC machining facility, full time fabrication team, casting capabilities, etc, etc, the array of cars they have on hand on any given day is a sight to behold. They will be doing all the fittings, downpipes, and small bits and pieces that make up a kit. They are also making the intakes which are going to be fashioned after the standard N54 intake pieces but made of custom formed wire impregnated silicone hose and eliminate all restrictions the stock design has in place, what this means is the intake you have on your car now, will most like work with the stage 3 kit, (this is not 100% confirmed but its what we are shooting for) We are waiting to place our large turbo order with garrett til the last minute so anyone who wants to change their mind on turbo choice can do so up until then.

    As soon as I have the manifold samples in hand I will post up some pictures.

    We had a couple guys back out for various reasons, but people have stepped up to take their place and we had 2 more people sign up for the kit in the past week alone. As focused as we are on the stage 2 batch 2 stuff, we are also focused on stage 3 and cant wait to get them ready to ship. Hope everyone has a great weekend! Click here to enlarge

    Very good news !

    U also offer some special kit for widened exhaust side like dzenno has on his car?
    Or you believe exhaust size from cylinder is big enough?

    Thanks for the update! Looking forward to seeing the new manifold! So if your designing the intake pipes to run the same path as the stock turbo pipes is it safe to say will have to cut the stock rear turbo intake tube in half to remove it unless you want to pull the engine and or tranny? I dont mind cutting it, just curious.

    You cant remove the back intake without dropping the engine a bit so....

    Hey man, we actually do have a few AT on pre-order. Right now there is honestly no Tranny upgrade that is going to hold up. ST guys are feelings the same pain. I am not sure exactly why, if its hardware or software or both, but I know quite a few people who have paid a lot of money and have had them fail. If a good AT option comes to light, Stage 3 will put you deep in the 10's

    Some people are Purists, but I think myself and just about anyone serious about power would take a transmission from ANYWHERE at this point. Getrdone!
