Well, probably spent close to $2000 trying to cure this leak [long story]

Finally making boost , well only 12psi at present but, its holding target so once i get some 93 in there i should make a little more? Sent Terry the logs just to make sure everything looks ok,

Combination of things, changed all vac hoses, jb4 g4 to G5 ISO , plugs, coil packs, valve cover gasket and finally pre cat sensors. PITA!

Was a long drawn out process swapping bits, forgot to mention buying the AA chargepipe and BOV has to go on that total as well.

just glad its finally making boost, now for the meth kit.

OK Terry took a look at the logs and yes it is making the boost it should although takes a little longer than it should do to get there, could this be down to the new precat sensor and the car learning the fuelling again? Seems to take off as soon as I hit the loud pedal so not to concerned.

boost solenoids fail pretty regularly on this car. you may want to check that out. how is your WGDC? if it's not maxed out it may not be a leak and it could just be slow solenoid.

I'm having a slimilar problem on the 135i I'm currently working on. My issue started when i upgraded from G4 to G5 though. After checking out the car I decided it's prob tune related. I'm still going to replace the vac lines though. Also hoping the owner invests in a new CP soon. I'm not a fan of the stock DV. I would just keep logging and see if it improves.

Yeh thats my plan, I'm happy with the way it's performing and rinsed a M3 on the way to work today, now for that meth kit.

I changed the CP because of the leak but, was always going to change it anyway so a no brainer.
